However, due to our extensive networks and specialist knowledge, we can also give our clients access to exceptional candidates within a particular discipline on a more speculative contingent basis if so desired.

Naturally, the methodology used will depend on factors such as time constraints, the nature of the assignment and your precise needs. You can be assured that whatever approach we recommend to you to use will be tailored to suit the individual assignment and to deliver you the best possible results.
